RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Hands directly works with fellow staff to ensure a highquality product is safely packaged.
- Responsible for the overall monitoring of product quality and food safety from the packaging areas to ensure the product is packaged by company standards.
- Always ensures good housekeeping at the site
- Completes production plan by accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress
- Works in a safe and productive manner
- Reports food safety or quality problems to the supervisor
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follows the Baked Goods HACCP program especially MD Checks
- Follows the Corporate Quality Management System
- Ensures adherence to company standards for quality
- Supervises the employees on the production shift
- Fills out documentation of all required master batch records, as well as other quality system documentation
- Ensures compliance with strict GMP standards
- Assist in the organizing and packaging of all products in packaging areas
- Setting the lines up for packaging and running the packaging line
- Complete weight checks on an ongoing basis
- Complete temperature checks on an ongoing basis
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on feet for the duration of the shift
- Willing to be flexible with working hours as workflow demands
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- Food processing: 1 year (preferred)
