As a Roofing Project Manager, you will work in collaboration with the Building Science team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Prepare tender documents for roof repair and replacement projects
Support drafting team for preparation of design drawings
Provide technical assistance to field technician and technologists and supervise them during each roofing project
Schedule and financial management of the assigned projects
Manage and monitor RFIs, change orders, and contract documents
Perform quality assurance observation of roofing projects to ensure compliance with tender documents and applicable codes and standards
Perform multiple site visits i.e. tender walk, project start up meeting, and to meet with project stakeholders to coordinate the project logistics and schedule
Perform site evaluations, inspections and testing as required to produce roof condition assessment reports and draft reports
Establish a clear agreement with the client from the beginning of the project and maintain good communication with the client
Enforce and promote Englobe's health and safety rules

Your Profile:

Diploma of college studies or university degree in a related field (architecture, building science, construction engineering, building engineering etc.)
At least 5 years of experience in roofing project management
Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and construction
Having Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation is an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Valid driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for work
Demonstrate an interest and sensitivity to occupational health and safety.
