Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain various data systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Donor Relations: Manage donor databases, assist in communication with donors, and help organize fundraising events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors.

Accounting Assistance: Support financial operations, including bookkeeping, budget tracking, and financial reporting. Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.

Administrative Support: Handle general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.

Project Management: Assist in coordinating and executing office projects and events.


Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00pm


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A compassionate and understanding approach, aligned with the values and mission of Adult & Teen Challenge.

Work Environment: 83 Kate Street, Winnipeg MB, Shared Office Setting. Free onsite parking.
