Skills and experience for an oxyfuel and plasma operator position:

Familiarity with oxy-fuel and plasma-cutting equipment and processes
Ability to interpret technical AutoCAD drawings and specifications
Experience with the operation and maintenance of oxyfuel and plasmacutting equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them strictly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Good problemsolving skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to do repetitive heavy lifting and bending
High school diploma or equivalent education
Basic math and measurement skills
Basic computer skills
