Description

Reporting to the Associate Director, Governance and Planning, this position will support the governance of internal HR team channels and the planning and execution of our employee experience programs.

With a passion for precision, attention to detail, clarity and organization, this Associate will strengthen their ability to be a dependable and accountable team member for governance and planning and centres of expertise across Human Resources.

The Associate will build effective relationships, working collaboratively within HR, as well as with other business partners.


In this role you, will be responsible for:

Maintaining cyclical planning resources to ensure Human Resources has the right information, at the right time, to be successful in executing on our programs.

Creating and updating internal SharePoint pages for people programs, working collaboratively with HR colleagues. Ensure content is presented in a compelling and concise way to drive program interest.
Preparing and executing on all HR inbox communications, ensuring consistency in formatting, look and feel, and communication style.

Regularly updating HR Planning documents, quarterly status updates and governance reporting, while independently managing end-to-end governance processes and keeping HR leaders updated to assist in program tracking.

Overseeing and coordinating the HR internal SharePoint page for effective collaboration, ensuring content and permissions are kept up to date and organized.

Contribute to the maintenance of well-organized and documented HR files.
Supporting communications and presentations for governance and planning as required, leveraging strong PPT and communication skills


Skills & Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' work experience in HR/Program administration
Experience with SharePoint and Power BI considered a strong asset
Proven track record with project management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and strategic, independent thinking and innovation capabilities
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal with a focus on plain language)
