Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor, support, and collaborate with those clinics with low utilization in order to increase and optimize utilization by providing the necessary tools, resources, and reporting
- Provide training on our procurement platform to newly acquired and existing 123Dentist clinics
- Provide input to internal processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support to offices
- Document solutions into a shared knowledgebase to improve support and consistency in responses for supported offices
- Supporting the onboarding team with procurement platform setup for clinics
- Supporting offices for sample requests
- Processing and supporting equipment orders with multiple vendors
- Other duties as directed by the VP, of Procurement or designate
Education, Credentials, Qualifications:
- Diplomalevel (or higher) education in a related field from a recognized education institution preferred but not mandatory
Required Skills & Abilities:
- 3+ years of experience in the customer service field and prior experience with dental supplies is a must
- Selfmotivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Handson approach and able to handle large volumes of work to tight deadlines
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Demonstrable competence in MS Excel/Teams/PowerPoint and comfortable operating at an Intermediate or Advanced level
