Context

CGI is looking for a Strategic Advisor Lead/PM SAP to ensure the daily coordination of the workforce for the client BRP - Tower Global retail & sale.

The objective is to optimize the management of resources in mandate on various projects and to manage the capacity.

The role of Strategic Advisor involves managing efforts in project mode, planning deliverables and monitoring for CGI resources at BRP, managing Scrum and thus ensuring the profitable growth and success of projects.

Description of role and responsibilities
Analysis and management of efforts in project mode
Implementation of project plans and follow-up
Management of project deliverables
Monitoring risks at the project level and ensuring their mitigation
Work in collaboration with the account Director to ensure the organic growth of the account

Experience and skills sought
Proven experience including a minimum of 5 years in the management of project reviews
Excellent leadership and proactivity
Experience of managing committees in Scrum mode
Experience in monitoring risks and mitigations
Possess organizational skills and a high level of customer service
Excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge and understanding of projects including SAP concepts
Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel tools
Bilingual (asset). This position is also open to anglophone only.
