Department Overview

  • Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS) provides infrastructurebased technology solutions and support to meet TD's needs. We add value to our TD teams and business partners by delivering ITS projects predictably. We play a key role in supporting a modernization operating model to allow transformation and innovation to emerge. We help create a legendary customer experience by delighting our project sponsors.
  • Plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and/or enterprise strategies. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB).
  • Primarily accountable for endtoend delivery and execution of smaller scale business or technology projects or leads work packages of moderate size and complexity. Role may also be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project / program level.
    BREADTH & DEPTH
  • Primarily manages smaller and less complex projects than Project Managers
  • May be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project / program level
  • Typically delivers work packages for projects within a bigger program and focus of projects / programs generally medium term
  • May lead and deliver Tier 5 projects with a low level of regulatory oversight, risk and complexity profile with medium term horizon
  • Requires deeper understanding of technology / business issues and objectives, and impact of the team's work
  • May operate as a working lead and provide training and guidance to others on best practices, processes, and completion of businessasusual activities
  • Typically reports to Project / Program/ Portfolio Management Office Leader

Job Requirements

Requirements:


  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations or equivalent required
  • Experience working in the financial industry and knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA are preferred
  • A dynamic individual with positive attitude who can deliver under minimum supervision in a demanding environment
  • A selfmotivator with excellent organizational and communication skills to prioritize and multitask in a collaborative or independent setting
  • Proficiency with MS office, analysis tool and techniques and project risk management
