Your role?


As a
Communications Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's communication strategy, both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling content, managing corporate announcements, and developing communications plans to engage clients, customers, and team members.

You will also represent the company as a media spokesperson and support regional sales teams in expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage corporate announcements, service launches, and narratives tailored to our products and services.
  • Plan and execute internal and external communication strategies to engage B2B clients, B2C customers, and B2E team members effectively.
  • Establish a comprehensive communications plan to ensure cohesive messaging and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to script and record videos for corporate training purposes.
  • Support regional sales and business development teams across Canada to expand the company's presence and influence.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and develop innovative strategies to promote our services and products effectively, including nominating the business for prestigious awards.
  • Develop clear communication for all stages of the sales team process, including communication for prospects, referrals, new clients, existing clients, and top clients.
  • Coordinate media releases and press releases to ensure timely and accurate communication of company news. Act as the company's media spokesperson, representing our brand and values in various media interactions.

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in media relations and serving as a company spokesperson is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
