About the Job
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


The impact you'll have

  • Monitor and track office supply inventory levels, order, and restock when necessary; keep a record of supplies ordered with pricing, vendor, invoices and contacts
  • Manage corporate bus passes through the City of Saskatoon for employee transit; communicating with payroll as need be
  • Welcome and present new Vendastians with their new hire packages and key fobs to access the Saskatoon Square upon arrival
  • Coordinate front desk reception; answer all incoming calls and transfer accordingly, accept incoming packages, and welcome & setup all interviewees, visitors, etc
  • Monitor, track, and reconcile each credit card charge for the CDN and USD credit and debit cards
  • Assist with catering setup, breakdown and serving
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
  • Make travel arrangements for executives and staff
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports
  • Receiving and sending out mail
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

The value you'll bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Google Suite is an asset
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
