If so, we are looking for you to join our teamYou must be able to reach for excellence, be a compassionate early childhood educator, display empathy, be trustworthy and willing to be empoweredWe currently have over 150 childcares centres across Canada & the USA and are constantly expanding; come and grow within the companyResponsibilitiesMaintain documentation, reporting and record keepingImplement an Emergent CurriculumSupport children's emotional, physical, or behavioural well being; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skillsMaintain attendance, and health and safety checksWork with professionals, such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as necessarySupport children through transitions in and out of the classroomsParticipate and interact in team meetings and workshopsSpecificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels with children, parents and co-workers.

    Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation, reporting, and classroom operationsStrong collaborator and team playerAbility to take initiative in and out of the classroomStrong problem-solving skillsQualificationsBritish Columbia ECE/IT LicenseCriminal Record CheckValid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPRImmunizations up to dateAbility to push, pull and lift up- to 45 poundsWhat we offerBe recognized for your contribution, your dedication and hard work, and go home knowing you've helped the world progress.
