We have an exciting opportunity at OEB River Landing in Saskatoon as we are currently hiring for the position of Senior Supervisor/Server

Job Details:

The Senior Supervisor/Server position works in conjunction with the General Manager and is responsible for the successful operations of the restaurant according to the policies, procedures and goals of the company.

The success of this role relies on sustaining long term profitability through team morale, employment standards, guest satisfaction and ongoing skill development with team members to achieve financial and performance goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide leadership ensuring excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction
Manage shifts which includes daily decision making and planning while ensuring consistency in the delivery of highquality food and hospitality
Motivate employees and utilize leadership skills through ongoing training, development, and follow up
Ensure general maintenance, cleanliness and compliance with licensing and health & hygiene regulations
Assist with performance, financial and personnel related administrative duties, ensuring all are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Attributes

Previous experience in supervisory role in a fullservice restaurant that is hospitality driven and systematic in its routines and systems
Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic
No evening shifts required as store opening hours are 7:30am to 3pm daily. Must have the ability to work early mornings and weekends
