A bit about the role _**
WHO YOU ARE

You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of work experience.
You have previous work experience managing a high volume of customer requests.
You are a team player with EXCELLENT interpersonal and English communication skills (written and verbal).
You have working experience with GSuite and JSON.
You have a keen eye for detail to identify and document defects and issues accurately.
You THRIVE at solving problems and enjoy a good challenge.
You have a "cando" attitude.
You are an "OUT-OFTHE-BOX" thinker.
You have the ability to create, update, and review test documentation.
You have a strong work ethic with a POSITIVE attitude and a PASSION for Quality Assurance.
You have excellent time management skills.
You have a willingness to learn and are open to coaching.

_ Nice to Have._

You have previous work experience in software testing, ideally with cloudbased SaaS solutions.
You are familiar with OpenSearchDashboards, SSH, Postman, or other API platforms.
You have the ability to read and interpret simple code.
You have created, updated, and reviewed test documentation documents.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink's own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will review all QA tickets, prioritizing based on the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
You will proactively drive all testing activities for the data integrations we manage.
You will collaborate closely with other teams and crossfunctional departments.
You will plan, estimate, prepare, and execute Test Cases and Test Scripts to ensure quality deliverables.
You will write and maintain automated tests to support regression and health check testing.
You will Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
You will ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
You will isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
You will manage QA risks and mitigation plans.
You will design, document, and execute new feature and regression test plans and cases.
You will participate with the development team to understand upcoming new features and create new test cases.
You will design and perform brainengaged testing, thinking out of the box
