The Duty Manager is responsible for the oversight of the assigned shift along with the orchestration of the daily operations, She/He must ensure we consistently meet customer and client expectations by providing excellent service and making an exceptional impression on every guest through engagement in a positive and friendly manner.


What Would You Be Doing?

  • Lead, direct, and develop team of employees to accomplish goals/initiatives, while embodying and using Indigo's culture and Values as a guideline.
  • Oversee daily operations for our client while directly oversee staff, handle critical customer, client and employee issues, and make timely judgment calls as required
- customer complaints, client requests, etc.

  • Assist with payroll approvals for employees and completion of reports
  • Support in the recruitment process, interviewing, onboarding of new employees
  • Responsible for providing direction, staff training, coaching, mentoring and staff management
  • Provide guidance to employees in the absence of Supervisors
  • Maintain organization throughout the operation by delegating and managing responsibilities amongst the team
  • Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between Indigo and our clients
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual operational reports and Tracking Logs as required
  • Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned location(s).
  • Additional duties as assigned.
