The Product PMO is a team of passionate project management enthusiasts that work to connect the right information to the right people, remove friction and optimize processes to unlock feature delivery as effectively and efficiently as possible.

We work closely with various business functions, user experience and technology teams to deliver on the organization's strategic roadmaps.


Job Summary:


  • Assist project management leadership and PMO team with daily duties
  • Participate/lead in the improvement of project and portfolio management processes and tools
  • Identify and present new ideas to simplify or innovate the PMO
  • Enhancement metrics and reporting capabilities

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
  • Committed to building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, analyze and solve problems quickly with attention to detail
  • Understanding of project management concepts
  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguity
  • Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Currently pursuing a university and/or college education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field of study will be considered a preferred qualification

  • Learn and put in practice the agile development process with support of the active project team and managers
  • Learn and participate in project risk definition and mitigation practices at the direction of project managers

  • Learn and participate in portfolio management activities at the direction of the PMO leadership team
  • Develop executive presence and presentations skills through PMO meetings
