Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide IT support to all depts. personnel and units.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of LAN, VPN, and other network connections.
  • Respond to service inquires and provide technical assistance where needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions
  • Document IT procedures and processes
  • Utilize ticketing system to track and prioritize tasks
  • Follow established security protocols and procedures

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Technical proficiency in system administration and IT support.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as ADP, Service Now, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce and others is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
$38,817.78-$69,000.00 per year
