As we continue to grow and diversify, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in navigating the complexities of our multi-faceted enterprise.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, screening and prioritizing incoming communication, correspondence, and meeting requests.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct research and compile data on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions, mortgages, and lending activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication channels.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting Clevel executives, preferably within the real estate, finance, or construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of real estate principles, mortgage lending, holding corporations, and construction processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, problemsolving skills, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the CEO and the organization's objectives.
