About the Role
The Program Manager manages the business, administration and operations of programs and services offered through Lifelong Learning.

The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations; program development and evaluation; student enrolment, course scheduling and logistics; support services for students and instructors; and the development and execution of promotional and marketing initiatives of the program area.

The Manager also supervises support staff and works closely with them to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and courses.

The Manager establishes and maintains effective relationships with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders, including University faculty and department representatives, professional associations, governments, other post-secondary institutions, businesses, and community groups.
