Position Summary
The Sales Support Coordinator position is responsible to improve internal team communication as well as monitor deal quality/information which will in turn increase the overall productivity of our team.
This position would be the gatekeeper for all sales liaison functions between AM's and CET as well as the HubSpot expert.
Specific Accountabilities
- Answer incoming calls and redirect as required
- Collaborate with Account Managers (AM) to ensure all deal details are captured
- Responsible for vetting all deals for pertinent information prior to sending to Admin team (CET) to schedule
- Collaborate with CET team to support inquiries about deals or gather more information from AM's as needed
- Contribute to overall customer (internal & external) satisfaction by promptly responding to communication
- Monitor HubSpot deals, quality check data, manage workflows
- Assist with reporting as required
- Assist with AR as needed
Education & Work Experience
High school completion or equivalent education proficiency and/or 1-3 years' experience in an administrative position.

- Must have previous experience using HubSpot software
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
$48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
