Description
Purpose:
To provide event and client support assistance to the Accommodation and Conference Services unit.
Education:
Completion of High School.
Experience:
Up to 6 months of related experience.
Skills:
Knowledge of StarRez, Onity-Integra, Maximo, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Point of Sale Terminal, Telephone, Photocopier, fax
Skills:
Excellent customer service and organizational skills. good computer skills. accurate data entry skills. effective communication skills to obtain and relay accurate information in a clear and concise manner. exercise initiative and good judgment. good problem-solving skills. ability to work both independently and on a team. flexibility in adapting to changing priorities. ability to handle high work volume and meeting frequent deadlines.
Additional Notes:
Successful completion of Health & Safety, Workplace Harassment and other mandatory training required.
