North York
Office of Operation:
Mon - Fri 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Must be flexible with work hours in the event overtime is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, adaptability and positive "can-do" attitude, as well as:
- Customer service focus
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Computer proficient and an openness to learning new technologies
- Selfdirected timemanagement skills
- Ability to multitask in an oftenhighpressure environment
- Motivate Field Staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge on residential doors and windows
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the door service industry
- Strong professionalism and customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a highpressure environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience dispatching multiple crews
- Ability to schedule (plan) ahead
- Great Communication Skills
- Quick Learner
- Strong computer literacy
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment as an individual or in a group
Job Types: 6 months contract + Potential of full time
