North York

Office of Operation:
Mon - Fri 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Must be flexible with work hours in the event overtime is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, adaptability and positive "can-do" attitude, as well as:

Customer service focus
Team player with effective communication skills
Computer proficient and an openness to learning new technologies

Ability to multitask in an oftenhighpressure environment

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge on residential doors and windows
Minimum of 2 years experience within the door service industry
Strong professionalism and customer service skills
Ability to perform in a highpressure environment
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Experience dispatching multiple crews
Ability to schedule (plan) ahead
Great Communication Skills
Quick Learner
Strong computer literacy
Able to work in a fastpaced environment as an individual or in a group

Job Types: 6 months contract + Potential of full time
