Overview

Key Responsibilities


Assisting is a key part of the secured financing transactions group on all facets of secured financing transactions, including, but not limited to, preparing loan security, and supporting documentation, conducting due diligence searches, and completing due diligence reports, reviewing, and registering security, including in land titles and the personal property registry and all correspondence and ancillary communications.


To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated and capable of managing a high number of tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, with a mature, positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced, professional environment, is a must.

To succeed as a paralegal in this role, you must also possess the ability to prioritize, have superior organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
