Position Overview:

Answering front office calls from customers and prospects
Managing walkin customers
Setting up appointments and scheduling work with shop team
Overseeing customer intake and car returns
Managing front office paper work
Providing high level customer service & satisfaction
Responsible for achieving sales targets
Developing business strategies to improve store operations and profitability
Responsible for wholesale growth through targeted sales visits

Desired Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is required
Two years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail orientated and good communicator
Excellent selling skills (friendly, trustworthy and able to solve customer problems)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
