Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Log and process new orders from customers
- Monitor pickup and delivery dates/times to ensure on time delivery and provide load delivery confirmation and of any waiting time as it occurs
- Troubleshooting delivery issues
- Correspondence with customers on equipment availability
- Logging and process new orders from customers
- Providing updates to customers on delivery status
- Monitor pickup and delivery dates/times to ensure on time delivery
- Notify customer of any waiting time as it occurs
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role
- Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Experience training and coaching operations staff is required
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to deal productively and professionally with internal and external customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills required
