As a project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
Responsibilities:
- Manages complex projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, crossfunctional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans are communicated.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders.
- Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
- Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Monitors task completion status to Identify atrisk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
- Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
- Work is generally independent and collaborative. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.

Qualification:
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or handson experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
