Our Mississauga office is looking for an organized and enthusiastic National Sales Manager to join the team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven National Accounts/ Sales Manager. This is an individual contributor role and will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales. You will be calling on key accounts across North America.

You will build and maintain relationships with your accounts and have day to day interaction in all facets of the sales process.

The position's main objective is to sell to the company's major customers with the goal of increasing sales, revenue and profit.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Initiate, create, develop, and monitor distributor business plans and develop distribution channels.
  • Prospect, visit and open new accounts, maintain and develop existing ones.
  • Managing and responding to all sales and customer inquiries such as: product availability, pricing, quotations, special situations, information for bids, and sales training, etc.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Continuous market research and feedback on new products, new features, prices, new customer demands, customer satisfaction, competition, etc.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or minimum of 5 sales experience for CPG company.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Selfstarter, self motivated and ability to effectively and positively deal with challenges.
  • Excellent time management skills required to manage a large and diverse range of customers / partners
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Must have initiative and be a selfstarter.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and be able to deal with a great diversity of people.

Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
