Inventory Administrator - Maple, Canada - Mid-Ontario Truck Centre
Description
As an inventory Clerk, you will be responsible to aid and assist the Parts Inventory Team by accurately tracking and maintaining Parts stock levels, processing transactions, and supporting with customer overflow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming Mack & Volvo packing slips, and match to invoices
- Daily inventory counts
- Assist accounts payable with document processing
- Work with Inventory Manager/Parts Manager to complete daily inventory cycle counts
- Stock and replenish inventory shelves
- Assist Parts Counter personnel
- Complete all ARIBA customer processing including purchase orders and invoices
- Prepare and maintain catalogues
- Upload Catalogues
- Aid and assist with communication and directives for the customer procurement team
- Support Director of Sales with special projects
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Comply with requirements as outlined in the OHSA, WHMIS company handbook and all other company issued memos and policies including proper use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow business code of ethics and communicate to team
Qualification Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or ability required to successfully perform the job.

Education and/or experience_
- 12 years shipping/receiving and/or warehouse experience
- Working knowledge of Fusion an asset
Language Skills_
- High standard of fluency in English for both oral and written correspondence. Ability to effectively present information

Physical Demands
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is required to sit, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50lbs

Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
