Listowel Ford is in need of a Junior Service Advisor with a best-in-town passion and time-to-shine attitude with excellent customer service skills.


Reporting to the Senior Service Advisor and Service Manager, the Jr Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service using current processes and procedures, while achieving set goals and targets and collaborating well with our service team.

Responsibilities:


  • Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
  • Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
  • Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
  • Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration
  • Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle's problems or symptoms
  • Connecting customers to the right auto technician
  • Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

You:


  • Are organized and friendly
  • Have strong computer skills
  • Are team oriented and self motivated
  • Are eager to provide great customer service
  • Are experienced in the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Have a clean driving record with valid drivers license
  • Are great with time management
  • Have have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
