Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee product merchandising

Experience:


  • Proven experience in bakery or food services
  • Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for baking and creativity

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$18.50-$23.89 per hour


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
