Position Information:

Qualifications

Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
Knowledge of OR instruments, positioning devices and their handling and processing preferred
Knowledge of sterile techniques and OR theatre cleaning preferred
Medical Device Reprocessing Technician, Operating Room Attendant or Personal Support Worker program completion/experience an asset
Operating Room Aide experience within the last two years preferred.
Good public relation and communication skills.
Must be physically able to perform the normal duties of the job.
Satisfactory performance appraisals in current position.
Satisfactory attendance.
Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
Satisfactory vulnerable person's sector criminal background check.
Must have and provide proof of full COVID19 immunization (2 or more doses)
