Senior Director, Product Strategy and Customer Experience at National Bank involves ensuring the coherence and effectiveness of operations within a specific domain and understanding the intersection of business, operational, and technological interests while ensuring that strategic objectives are achieved.


This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, notably through your strong interest in regulatory requirements, fraud, and compliance, as well as your leadership skills.


Your job

  • Develop a clear strategic vision for the domain in alignment with the overall program objectives.
  • Conduct strategic monitoring to stay abreast of market trends, new technologies, and relevant developments in the domain.
  • Supervise the development, implementation, and management of products for the domain.
  • Ensure that products and services meet customer needs while complying with regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with other domains to ensure smooth integration of initiatives and processes.

Your team


Within the Digital Special Projects sector, you are part of an autonomous team of forty people actively involved in the digital transformation of the Bank.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and three years of relevant experience OR Undergraduate certificate/1st cycle PUB and nine years of relevant experience.
  • Recognized experience in product management.
  • Recognized experience in regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, rigor, and being an excellent team player.
  • Ability to prioritize to maximize business value for the customer and the organization.
