Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers.
  • Monitor systems for performance and address issues promptly.
  • Assist with hardware deployments and decommissioning.
  • Rack, stack, and manage equipment according to standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to support projects and tasks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
  • Respond to emergencies and follow protocols.
  • Maintain data center cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data center or IT support experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and OS.
  • Handson experience with server installation and maintenance.
  • Strong problemsolving skills for technical issues.
  • Able to lift heavy equipment and work flexible hours.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6-12 months


Salary:
$22.00-$34.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quebec City, QC G1p4S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
