Responsibilities:


  • Enter customer quotes, orders, and returns into IMS's ERP system precisely as directed by the customer and management.
  • Customers should receive correct information, and when necessary, troubleshoot
  • Deliver the best service possible to customers while considering all available options, including involving peers and specialists to satisfy their expectations.
  • Cooperate with coworkers in inside sales as well as with other company personnel and departments.
  • Take part in and back up all inside sales campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with suppliers that will result in favourable business conditions for Independent Mechanical Supply (higher margins and precise delivery dates).
  • Establish connections with clients so that Independent Mechanical Supply becomes their top choice for material purchases.
  • Enter customer quote requests, orders, and returns precisely into IMS's ERP system as instructed by the customer and management
  • Give consumers accurate information, and troubleshoot as necessary
  • Deliver the finest service possible to consumers while offering complete solution options that involve involving peers and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other divisions (Heating, Project Quotations, Order Desk, Warehouse) to ensure that orders and bids from clients are accurately and promptly fulfilled.
  • To minimize the impact on the client and vendor while increasing profit for us, we coordinate customer returns with the customer and our vendors.

Requirements:


  • 2 Years of Industry Experience (understanding of plumbing and heating products)
  • High school diploma capable of successfully entering orders through a computer

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$24.00-$25.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

  • 10 hour shift

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
