Position Overview:


We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Servers at our newest location - Roehampton.

As a server at The WORKS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide menu recommendations and offer detailed information about menu items
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cashhandling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol, with Smart Serve.
