We are currently seeking a
Central Monitoring Attendant for our Toronto Pearson Airport location.

The Central Monitoring Attendant is responsible for monitoring the communication, parking and camera systems, assisting customers seeking help during the process of parking on upon entering and exiting of the parking lot and making payments.

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiries
  • Monitor the communication, parking and camera system
  • Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
  • Review and complete camera and system check at the beginning of every shift.
  • Process customer transactions using a variety of payment methods in a quick and accurate manner
  • Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
  • Ensure that all defective ticket outputs are validated before allowing the customer to exit the premises
  • Keep the office tidy and organized throughout shift in order to deliver an efficient customer service
  • Maintain tracking logs
  • Other duties as required

Working Conditions

  • Operation may run 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
  • Office environment, working independently.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 23 years of customer service experience is required
  • Strong communication and written skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback
  • Proven customer serviceoriented attitude
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
  • Resultsoriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work comfortably using Word, Excel and technology and computers in general
