Compensation and Benefits:

We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a starting hourly wage of $ $27.00 per hour
All of our employees work directly for True Mechanical we promote from within and encourage future career progress.
True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 7 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.

Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.

Experience:

1st year Apprentice: You are new to the trade - welcome to your new career - no prior experience is required.

2nd year Apprentice: - 2 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 1 plumbing technical training.
