Samsic is HIRING - Operations Manager, Ramp Services
Under the supervision of the Station Manager, we are looking for an Operations Manager (ramp services) who will be responsible to efficiently and profitably manage and direct ramp activities by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to Samsic's customers

Responsibilities include:

- oversight of daily operations
- maintaining daily safety and quality standards
- maintain good relations with Samsic customers and airport authorities
- hold daily briefings with ramp staff and have continual communication with station manager
- ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures
- participate in disciplinary and labor disputes
- coach and train employees to effectively improve processes and operations\
- other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in ground handling, ramp services
Relevant managerial experience
Excellent communication skills (English/French)
Class 5 drivers license (Class 5 GDL is accepted), clean drivers abstract
Ability to secure a Transport Canada RAIC
Leadership skills
Able to multitask and establish priorities in a dynamic and changing environment
Able to work collaboratively while delegating tasks as a member of the Samsic Assistance Team
Available to work evening and day shift as required
