The Opportunity
Accountable/responsible for the development of service coordination and billing for both internal & external customers.

The Role

Service billing.
Issuing/receiving purchase orders.
Assisting with work orders and scheduling.
Respond to customers via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong internal and external service.
Work in collaboration with the technical team.
Other administrative duties for various lines of business.
Timecard entry.
Assisting the Service Department with Shipping/Receiving tasks.
Assisting and maintaining the billing and maintenance of our fleet program.

Work Experience: 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.

Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hydraulic components or industrial equipment is an asset.
Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
