JOB SUMMARY:

The Skid Steer Operator reports to a Lead Hand/Foreman to assist in the installation of electrical and underground utilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Operate
    Skid Steer in civil construction environments
  • Dig, backfill, and sand trenches with heavy equipment.
  • Ability to other pieces of Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Loader, Backhoe, Trencher),
    considered asset

  • Perform preventative maintenance procedures on equipment.
  • Perform labour tasks as needed.
  • Site setup and cleanup.
  • Adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

-
Valid Class 5 driver's license required.

  • Must be able to lift
    50 lbs.
  • Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
  • Willing to work outdoor.
  • Competency driving standard vehicles considered
    an asset.
