We are looking for an
Experienced
Appointment Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.

The Yachimec Group takes pride in our ability to provide top notch customer service, and we are looking for an individual with outstanding customer service, drive and work ethic to join our exceptional Service team and family.


Requirements:


  • Prior service and customers relations experience is a must, preferably in the auto industry.
  • Strong organization and time management skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Customer service experience,
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment.

Duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls.
  • Making outbound appointment phone calls.
  • Cashing out customers.
  • Booking Appointments.
  • Assisting customers, etc.
  • Writing express work orders.
