Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates at our store located in Burlington Mall & Oakville.

No wireless experience is required as all necessary training will be provided to help you succeed.

We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of success and a strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Foster a positive and supportive team environment and actively contribute as a cooperative team player.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively sell wireless products and plans, providing clear and compelling descriptions to customers.
Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
Stay updated on changes in offers/promotions, new products, services, and policies to maintain a high level of product knowledge and service excellence.
Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
Handle customer requests, questions, and issues in a positive and professional manner.
Process daily sales transactions accurately
Regularly review sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Salary:
From $15.50 per hour
+ Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 33-40 per week
