Job Purpose

  • Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the ERP system is driving value and efficiency for the organization.
  • Perform complex systems analysis work, root cause analysis and provide forwardthinking, longterm technical solutions; conduct requirements gathering/analysis.
  • Design, document, obtain signoff, implement and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the organization's business requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs.
  • Create work instructions and provide enduser training and support, including onboarding new user.
  • Support enduser requests for new saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, roles, and permissions. Perform analysis on large data sets and summarize results to business owners
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.
  • Support and help manage the change management and release process for NetSuite.
  • Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and related data integrity.
  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and seamless change management
  • Other ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:


  • Experience with ERP/CRM Implementation from system design through to testing and go live; exposure to NetSuite ERP implementation preferred.
  • Deep understanding of standard business processes and how they are specifically mapped to the specific NetSuite processes.
  • Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
  • Strong data analytics, reporting
  • Experience with SuiteScript, preferably SuiteScript 2.0
  • Attention to detail and accurate, timely and diligent performance of all duties
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in an easytounderstand way. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Great interpersonal abilities, strong collaborative team player.
  • Proven ability to multitask and deal with changing requirements

Nice to have: Be familiar with BI tools in general, with a view to the implementation of NSAW within the Business in the medium term.


Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline


Total Compensation - $90,000 - $110,000 + Benefits
