Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for an Ancillary Sales Manager to join our Sales team.


Your daily life:


Reporting into the Senior Vice-President, Global Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through the sale of ancillary products and services.

Ancillary revenue is the revenue generated from goods or services that differ from or enhance the main services or product lines of a company.

You will support and work with the regional vice-presidents and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence in customer experience and achieving sales targets.

This role requires a commercial thinker with a strong sales & customer experience background with the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize ancillary revenue streams.


In this role, you will:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ancillary sales plan aligned with the overall sales goals and strategy;
  • Establish KPI's to ensure focus and growth activities related to ancillary sales;
  • Drive execution of sales & marketing campaigns and set priorities to maximize output;
  • Contribute to develop a lead culture among the Inside Sales Specialists;
  • Harmonize Inside Sales Specialist's practices across the regions;
  • Provide guidance, processes, tools, training, and support to sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate the value of ancillary offerings to both the sales team and customers;
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of ancillary products and services into the overall customer experience;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement effective marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor and analyze ancillary sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
  • Collect feedback, utilize data and analytics to drive decisionmaking, propose improvements on the offering to increase attachment rates, and optimize sales processes;
  • Centralize product management /Technology teams requests and prioritize;
  • International travels from time to time to different company sites.

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a focus on ancillary products and services;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies;
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking;
  • Execution drive;
  • Prior experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools;
  • Proven experience in influence positions without authority;
  • Fluent in French and English, others languages is an asset.
