The Global Engineering department unites a global supply chain collective rooted in strategic vision and tactical excellence that delivers unsurpassed value to our internal partners, guests and shareholders.

The Product Manager, Fulfillment Systems will deliver tangible growth products to our company in every stage of our product life cycle, through the relentless pursuit of great software experiences while considering operating advantage and positive community impact.

Our systems are primarily packaged software but require a high degree of configuration and/or customization to meet business partner's needs, and therefore require collaboration in the full ideation and development of our capabilities in the Supply Planning, Costing, Quality Management, Innovation Tracking, Production Management and Purchase Management spaces.

Work with product fulfillment systems counterparts, project leaders, and operational leaders to understand upcoming capabilities and help to scope out the customer experience.

Collaborate with dependent product teams to ensure that the end-to-end implementation journey is thorough and thoughtful.

Support in writing robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality software.

a day in the life

  • Supports in maintaining and prioritizing a backlog of work items for multiple systems and capabilities to support the Fulfillment Product strategy through working with the Product team to plan sprints (short term view) and managing backlog (long term view)
  • Supports to document, drive user stories and acceptance criteria to completion across functions based on MVP alignment
  • Partners with the Technology scrum teams to support in the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope
  • Partners with the Product Analyst(s) to support in the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope
  • Influence and supports aligning on a defined minimum viable product (MVP) by setting priority, delivery schedule, and influencing/managing expectations
  • Develops specialized knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce the continual process, tool, and methodology improvements
qualifications

  • 25 years minimum of relevant experience with Supply Chain operations; 3+ year minimum of relevant experience with Product Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Master's degree preferred in equivalent field of study; Product Management certification preferred
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience. Proficient in SQL preferred.
  • Strong communications skills with other internal team members, including ability to build relationships with key business partner and other stakeholders;
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets;
  • Detailoriented with strong multitasking ability
