Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highcaliber real estate agents who align with Aston Gate's vision and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective agents, providing them with information about our brokerage and the benefits of joining our team.
  • Collaborate with management to create compelling recruitment materials and presentations that showcase Aston Gate's unique value proposition.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new agents, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our recruitment process.

Qualifications:


  • Marketing experience and recruitment sales experience are essential, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • A real estate license is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and outreach.

Compensation:


  • Competitive hourly wage with performancebased commission.
