SCHEDULE:

- **15-20 hours per week**:

Evening and weekend availability

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- **2-3 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or a combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience**:

Experience working with Dental practice management software such as Tracker
Ability to make patients feels comfortable at ease
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
