Position Title:
Systems Administrator


Position Type:
Full time


Your role at Prism will include:

  • Maintain IT infrastructure and manage procurement including hardware such as servers, computers, networking equipment and ERP systems
  • Help with the implementation of ERP systems (Acumatica), including system setup, configuration, and data migration.
  • Help with customizing ERP systems to align with our business processes and requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for help desk support, resolving technical issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure and data security and back up
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address system integration needs.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and develop and implement plans to recover systems and data in the event of a malfunction or outage
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies, updates, trends and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of the systems
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or similar qualifications.
  • You have technical skills in system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • You are proficient in database management and SQL queries.
  • You have knowledge of cloudbased ERP systems and deployment methodologies.
  • You are an excellent problemsolver with great analytical abilities and adaptability to evolving technologies, industry trends and organizational needs.
  • You are an effective communicator with collaboration skills, the ability to work crossfunctionally and a commitment to providing excellent service to end users.
  • You uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality
  • You possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • You have a "can do" attitude and the willingness to be part of a growing and changing company
ERP implementation experience (preferably Acumatica) is a plus.
