Our cloudbased product, Verafin, helps fight crime by stopping fraud and money laundering. Stopping the flow of this money means stopping crimes such as human trafficking, elder abuse, and drug trafficking. Role Responsibilities Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) account creation IP allowed list management Singlesign on assistance Application performance Work with customers & other Verafin teams to troubleshoot issues with the above servicesEssential Skills & Qualification Currently enrolled as a student in a technical college program Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding customer support skills Would be good to have experience in a few of these areas:

Object-Oriented Programming

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Linux Scripting (GREP, SED, AWK) JSON SQL XMLWhat does success look like in this role?
