Barzotti Woodworking is a leading Canadian cabinetry manufacturer located in Guelph, Ontario. We are currently looking for an organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with competitive compensation, RRSP match & benefits following probation.

Job responsibilities:

Oversee all interactions with clients to ensure service requirements are met
Daily service technician scheduling
Promptly answering service calls from retail and builder customers
Follow up on outstanding items and deficiencies in a timely manner
Represent Barzotti Woodworking in a professional manner to clients, builders and all trades people. Build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among those related directly or indirectly to your position
Perform daytoday administrative tasks such as maintaining customer information files and processing paperwork
Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and problemsolving skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance shortterm and longterm priorities
Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable to change
