Come and join the Mountainhill pool installation team

We are currently looking to build a new team and looking for the following:1x Lead Pool installer along with - 3 supporting staff members with inground pool installation knowledge.

Required Skills and knowledge:

*Ability to lead or work with a team of 3 to 4 to build and install both steel and fibreglass pools. Work is Monday thru Friday with very occasional Saturdays

Experience running both an excavator and skidsteer along with how to grease and maintain them is an asset. Mainly CAT equipment
Knowledge of basic handtools along with lazer level and measuring devises are needed
The ability to read site plans and specs sheets along with understanding locates and setbacks
Knowledge with Hayward equipment and Automation is a bonus
An understanding of how to install skimmers, lights and run pool plumbing is an asset
Knowledge in pool renovation considered and asset along with liner and safety cover installations and procedures.
Being able to do concrete and masonry work is a bonus along with interlock knowledge
Complies with safety requirements including wearing your proper PPE. understanding company protocol is a must
Clean 'G' Driver's License
Ability to work within the company and help other divisions as needed, when needed
An understanding of LMN is an asset

Starting rate for supporting staff team members $18.00 +

Starting rate for Lead Pool Installer $28.00 +
